Maybe you’re thinking that you know all the ways to live a healthy life. You use stairs instead of elevator or eat less or don’t eat fast food or go to the doctor for a regular check up, but you it is not enough for a healthy life so here are 5 easy ways to improve your health.
According to the Dr. Pupala Brown from the University of Arizona five thing are very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and those are below:

HERE ARE 5 WAYS TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE:

  1. Sleep:
It is an essential part of a healthy life. It doesn’t matter if you are a teenager or an adult you’r body always required almost 7-8 Hours of sleep every night and you should try to keep a Regular Sleep-Wake Cycle that means you have to go to the bed and get up at the same time every day. By doing this your body knows when to awake and when its time to sleep or take rest.


2. Diet:
You have you eat a plenty of fresh food and limited the use of the meat and diet must have fruits in it. Water intake is also important for maintaining a healthy life. At least drink 64 Ounces of water.
  • Children 1–3 years – 1.0 l (Approximately 4 cups)
  • Children 4–8 years – 1.2 l (Approximately 5 cups)
  • Girls 9–13 years – 1.4 l (Approximately 5-6 cups)
  • Boys 9–13 years – 1.6 l (Approximately 6 cups)
  • Girls 14–18 years – 1.6 l (Approximately 6 cups)
  • Boys 14–18 years – 1.9 l (Approximately 7-8 cups)
  • Women – 2.1 l (Approximately 8 cups)
  • Men – 2.6 l (Approximately 10 cups).

3. Exercise:
You have to exercise almost 150 minutes of moderate-intensity weekly, or 30 minutes in most days. Also you have to do a training session of 20-30 minutes two or three times in a week for you muscles, focusing on major muscles groups.

4. Socialization:
Socialization is very important because when you are in the group of people you like, then your mind got relaxed and it helps you in staying away from the stress, anxiety and improves your mental-functioning and it ultimately helps you in maintaining a good Mental Health.


 5. Annual Medical Check-up:
                                                       Annual visit essential for all ages no mater that you are a child or a teenager or an adult because they are intended to detect disease early, before it leads to serious consequences.
